How do we carry ourselves, how do we take care of ourselves? Are you confident? Is your posture good? Are you eating good foods and taking time for yourself? Does your daily method of operation include time to be in touch with yourself?
In order for a person to be depressed or stressed they must assume a certain posture, carry themselves in a certain way and act in ways where they do not care for themselves.
How are you speaking to yourself? Are you building yourself up or are you telling yourself you are pathetic or asking yourself what's wrong with me?
Our relationship with ourselves is the most important relationship we have. Our self talk determines how we experience our lives. Are you building depression, anxiety and stress with your self talk?
Our mental focus determines whether we are growing or whether we are stuck in our lives. Are you stuck in debilitating emotional patterns that prevent you from living the life of your dreams? Are you creating stories in your head and focused on what you think others think of you or are you focused on creation?
